摘要
在川东地区碳酸盐裂缝地层的深井钻探过程中,由于地质情况极为复杂,井漏特别严重。产层多,压力系数又不一致,在同一裸眼中共存又喷又漏,井下复杂情况时有发生。从井下复杂事故的原因分析,认为井漏是引起井下复杂情况的祸根,是影响钻井成本上升主要因素之一,多年的压井堵漏实践证实,单一的堵漏压井技术,难以对付该区块的长裸眼、多产层、多漏层、多压力系数发生的又喷又漏。在分析总结过去上百次堵漏压井实践中,结合堵漏压井工艺技术的发展,创新出"桥浆间歇关挤堵漏压井技术"。该技术不但在川东地区扎根,还在川中油气公司华西2井见到良好的效果,为治理喷漏共存的堵漏压井提供了可借鉴的实用技术。
During drilling deep wells in carbonate creviced formation in East Sichuan,lost circulation is very severe because of extreme complicated geology.Because of multiple production formations and inconsistent pressure ratio,downhole complicated situation often happens with blowout and lost circulation coexis-tence in the same bare well.It is concluded that lost circulation is the basic reason for downhole complicated situation and drilling cost soaring up after the analyzing downhole complicated acci-dents.The practice of well killing and sealing proved that the sin-gle well killing and sealing technique were difficult to cope with coexisting blowout and lost circulation with long bare hole,multi-ple production formations,multiple loss zone and multiple pressure coefficient in this region block.Through analyzing a hundred times of lost circulation treatments and well killing practices,the belc-hing well shutdown and bridging - mud squeezing technology of well killing and sealing was developed..The technology showed good results in Huaxi - 2 well in Middle Sichuan Oil Gas Compa-ny.It offers a practical technology for management of coexisting lost circulation and bowout formation.
