摘要
目的探讨医药企业并购整合问题。方法分析我国医药企业并购中存在的问题,提出医药企业并购中应注重资源整合。结果与结论医药企业并购整合包括人力资源、技术、财务、营销资源整合。它们可以降低并购风险,使并购后的医药企业赢得竞争力。
Objective Study of medicine enterprise resource integration on merger and acquisition. Method Analyzed the problem on merger and acquisition in medicine enterprise, tabled a proposal to attach importance to resource integration. Conclusion It is human resource, technology, financing and market that were included medicine enterprise resource integration on merger and acquisition, they could reduce the risk, improve the ability of competition on medicine enterprise.
