摘要
作者在电镜下观察了３６例胃癌组织的超微结构特点和ＭＧ７抗原物质的分布情况。发现不同类型胃癌，由于其分化程度不同，其抗原物质的含量和分布也不同。这对于探讨胃癌的生物学行为改变，指导免疫学诊治及判断预后有重要意义。
The ultrastructure and distribution of MG 7 antigen were observed by electron microscopy in 36 cases of gastric carcinomas. The MG 7 content and distributing patterns varied in different types of gastric carcinoma because of the distinot differentiation. This study would be of some value to investigate the biological character, guide the immunodiagnosis therapy and judge the prognosis of the gastric carcinoma.
