摘要
本文调查分析了医院医务处助理员现状:普遍存在人才结构不合理、编配比例不合理、能力素质不适应等现象,提出了坚持选准配强、合理配置结构、加强学习培训、强化岗位锻炼、提高综合素质、健全激励机制的对策。
Based on the investigation of administrative assistant in medical section, the article found the following appearances, which were unreasonable talent structure, unreasonable staff proportion and inappropriate capability. The article also put forward the corresponding countermeasures, including sound selecting, reasonable allocation structure, intensifying education and training and strengthening inspiring mechanism.
