摘要
本文从军队医院形象的基本内涵、形象塑造的服务艺术、形象管理的主要环节、形象塑造的综合效应,以及加强软硬件形象建设等5个方面论述了树立军队医院良好形象的重要性。
This article discussed the importance of establishing good image in military hospitals from the following five aspects ： the inner meaning of the military hospital image, holding the service art of image molding, seizing the key link of the image management, paying attention to the complex effects of the image molding, and strengthening the image construction of the software and hardware.
