摘要
本文论述了军队医院战略管理的特殊性,分析了平衡计分卡管理的组织实施过程,提出了军队医院管理应把握的问题。
The author discussed the characteristics of strategic management of military hospital. Based on the analysis, the author analyzed the implement process of balanced scorecard management, and put forward the problems which should be grasped.
