摘要
"两型社会"建设是中国传统经济发展模式在国内外资源和环境压力下,实现可持续发展的战略转变与创新,武汉新区的建设必须具有国际化视野,通过科技和制度创新,结合全球经济发展动向,抓住"两型社会"建设带来的挑战和机遇,实现湖北在中部的崛起。
Two models society building is transference and innovation of traditional development way with stress of resource and environment form abroad and home, in order to bring about sustainable development. Therefore, the Wuhan new district development must have international view, through science and system innovation with development of world economics, holding the challenges and opportunities, realizing Hubei province stride up in middle region.
