摘要
介绍了某跟踪制导雷达发射转台结构设计的难点,给出了实现发射转台结构仿真和优化设计的手段,用应力应变电测法对发射转台进行了应力测试,用模拟载荷进行了静态变形测量。测试结果表明采用仿真手段可以更高效地提高设计质量,降低产品研制成本和风险。
This paper introduced the difficult in structural design of a track-guide radar's pedestal, and given the method to simulate and optimize the performance of pedestal structure. The stress of pedestal was tested with electric testing for stress and strain, and the deformation was measured with static load. Test results showed that the use of simulation could improve design quality, and reduce development costs and risks.
