摘要
为应对外部势力的入侵,中国和日本同时启动了近代军事变革。由于两国国情的差异,在向西方学习的过程中,两国军事变革的重心存在很多不同,并最终导致了军事变革的不同结局。其原因在于军事变革指导理论、变革主持者及政治结构上的不同所致。
Invaded by the western, at the same time, China and Japan applied the modern military reform, limited by the difference of conditions. They applied different way to the modern military reform, lead to the difference results. The main reason is direction theory and the leaders and the society structure difference.
