摘要
本文利用所建立的关于机床颤振的非线性理论模型,从理论上解释了机床双频颤振的成因,并且分析了双频颤振产生的规律及条件。最后,讨论了利用双频颤振现象确定W-N稳定性图中不稳定性叶瓣沿主轴转速方向上的分布。
The double-frequency of machine tool chattering is explained and a non-linear model is developed. The relationship between the dynamic stability or chattering amplitude and the cutting parameters and the conditions for the appearance of double-frequency chattering are discussed. The distribution of instability lobes in the direction of spindle revolution in the stability chart are determined by the regularity of occurrence of double-frequency chattering.
