摘要
二十世纪六十年代美国心理学家塞利格曼提出习得性无助感理论,之后习得性无助感的研究一直受到人们的重视,西方心理学家对习得性无助感产生的原因和机制进行了深入的探讨,提出了各种各样的习得性无助感的理论,并被广泛应用于教育和临床方面。本文对以往的研究进行了回顾,希望能对我们的教育事业有所启示。
Theory of learned helplessness is reported by American psychologist Seligman. Then people paid more and more attention about the theory, and many psychologists do a lot of investigation, explored its reason and mechanism and reported many kinds of theories of learned helplessness. And the theories were used in education and clinical.
