结垢油管复合清洗工艺技术研究与应用 被引量:6

摘要 在分析高压水射流清洗工艺技术和机械除垢工艺技术原理及其优缺点的基础上,针对油管结垢情况,研究了适用于油田生产需要的结垢油管复合清洗工艺技术。现场应用结果表明,结垢油管复合清洗工艺技术在满足清洗一般结垢油管的同时,还能实现堵实油管和钻杆的有效清洗,解决了堵实油管和结垢严重油管的除垢难题,有效提高了结垢油管一次清洗除垢的合格率和清洗工作效率。实践证明,结垢油管复合清洗工艺技术具有明显的经济和社会效益,而且具有广阔的应用前景。 On basis of analyzing the principle and the merits and demerits of high pressure water jet cleaning technique and mechanical descaling technology,this paper studies the compound cleaning technique for scale tubing used for oilfield production. The field application shows that the compound cleaning technique for scale tubing not only can clean the general scaled tubing,but also can clean the tubing filled up with scale and drill pipe. These problems mentioned above are solved using this cleaning technique, which effectively improves the qualification rate of scale tubing and the work efficiency of cleaning. The study results show that the compound cleaning technique for scale tubing possesses an evident economic benefit and social benefit and immense prospects in application.
