椎管内病变致椎管麻醉后截瘫是独立因素吗 被引量：3

摘要 椎管内病变致麻醉后截瘫主要指椎管内麻醉后突然或进行性出现截瘫，经MRI、CT或手术证实因为椎管内或椎体肿瘤、畸形和梗塞等造成。这类并发症通常成为医疗纠纷和医疗事故鉴定中医患争执的焦点。椎管内病变引起的截瘫与椎管内麻醉之间是否存在因果关系呢？为此，我们复习了近二十多年椎管内麻醉后截瘫的文献，试图寻找椎管内麻醉后截瘫的共性、规律性或某些信息。
