The stable network is the basis of operation business service consumer. It also is the precondition of getting the customers＇accreditation. On the precondition of increasing customers constantly, according to company＇s resource conditions at present, using reasonable plan of investment, perfecting adjustment and optimization of the intra-region Internet＇s access layer and convergence layer, realizing redundancy of the network bandwidth and improving anti-interference ability of the network.
