摘要
目的总结低位直肠癌外科治疗方式。方法复习了近年来有关低位直肠癌外科治疗的文献,综合叙述成文。结果低位直肠癌的外科治疗近二十年有了很大的发展,人们越来越多的追求生命和生活质量"双重"标准;全直肠系切除术已成为低位直肠癌根治性切除的操作新标准;双吻合器技术正在广泛应用,微创外科的发展,腹腔镜技术日渐成熟并显现出优点。结论目前低位直肠癌的外科治疗可达到提高保肛率的要求,全直肠系切除术把低位直肠癌的外科治疗推到了一个新阶段,吻合器和腹腔镜手术也是低位直肠癌治疗的理想方法,具有很多优点。
Objective To summarize the surgical treatments of low rectum carcinoma. Methods Documents about surgical treatments of low rectum carcinoma in reeent years were retrospeetively reviewed. Results Surgieal treatments of low rectum carcinoma had great improvement in last two decades ： total mesorectal excision had been a new standard of radical resection of low rectum carcinoma ; the double stapling technique was widely used ; minimally invasive surgery and laparoseopic technique had grown into ripeness, Conclusions Surgical treatments of low rectum carcinoma can improve the rate of reserving the anus. TME pushes surgical treatment of low rectum carcinoma to a new stage, and staplers and laparoscopic technique are ideal methods of treatment of low rectum carcinoma.
