摘要
从恒压注水、节能及性能分析3个方面考虑在油田注水泵中引入变频控制技术。通过可行性分析和油田实际应用表明,变频控制技术应用于注水泵系统能有效防止阀门损坏,节电显著,经济效益明显,可为油田应用提供借鉴。
Considering the constant pressure irrigation, the energy conservation as well as the performance, the frequency conversion was introduced in the oil field water injection pump. Through the feasibility analysis and practical application of the oil field, the frequency conversion control technology may be applied in water injection pump system, it reduced valve damage effectively, the electricity conservation was remarkable, the economic benefits was obvious. It could offer reference for the oil field.
