摘要
采用试验的方法,研究不同锻炼时间和强度健美操锻炼对女大学生抑郁倾向的影响。试验结果显示:不同时间的中、小强度的健美操锻炼有助于缓解女大学生的抑郁倾向,其中中等强度的健美操锻炼效果好于小强度的锻炼效果,30 min和60 min中等强度的健美操锻炼效果显著;时间因素(持续30 min和60 min)无显著性作用。
The research used the experiments to study the effect of different time and intensity aerobics gymnastics on the depression tendency of female university students. The result showed that at different times of moderate and lower intensity aerobics exercise helps to alleviate the depression tendency of female university students. The moderate intensity was better than the lower intensity, and 30rain and 60min of moderate-intensity aerobics exercise had significant effect; the time factor had no significant function.
