摘要
本文报告5例已行乳突根治术后又发生的耳源性脑脓肿病例，分析了前次手术失败的原因主要是中耳病变清除不彻底，面神经嵴过高，外耳道狭窄以及乳突成形封闭术的适应征选择不当；提出乳突根治术后仍可发生各种颅内、外并发症，在诊治中应予以重视；并对再次手术应遵循的原则和注意事项进行阐述，指出中耳腔内各隐蔽的气房清理是关键，面神经嵴应尽可能削低，外耳道口要足够宽敞，术者应解剖熟悉，能够辨清残存标志，细致操作，防止误损伤．
In this paper we reported 5 cases serious otogenic complication after radicalinastoidectomy, and suggested the possibility of otogenic complication after irregular mastoidectomy,The unsuccessful reason of pervious operation was analyzed, as well as the principle and caution in therevlsions.
