摘要
随着农村经济发展形式的变化以及社会转型,农村妇女在农村社会发展中所扮演的角色处于变动之中,这也影响到农村妇女对于自身的身份认知,从而引发其身份建构问题。妇女非政府组织凭借其草根性和亲和性,通过外部建构运作和内部建构运作对农村妇女的身份进行建构,这使得农村妇女明确了自身的需求,并进行明确地表达,使妇女的需求得以满足。同时在运作过程中,妇女非政府组织也存在着对村落环境重视不足及个妇女非政府组织之间缺乏横向联合等问题。
With the change of the forms of rural economic development and the social transformation, the role of＂ rural women in the rural society＇s development is changing accordingly. And this change has influenced rural women＇s cognition about their own identity and brought the problem of identity construction. Based on the advantage of its grass root and compatibility, women＇s non-governmental organizations make use of their outer and inner construction operation to make the rural women find and express their needs, Moreover, they also satisfy their own needs~ In the process of the operation work, women＇s non-governmental organization itself also has some problems, such as its neglect on rural environment, little horizontal combination among each organization, etc
