摘要
高职毕业生作为近年来迅速增长的大学生就业群体,越来越受到社会的广泛关注。本文针对高职毕业生的特点,就政府、家庭两方面的支持因素对高职毕业生的就业影响进行了分析,提出要使高职学生顺利就业就需要政府充分发挥其公共服务职能,对高职院校"订单式"人才培养和"双证书"制度提供相关支持;高职毕业生家庭成员也要对高职教育有正确的认识,给学生提供精神、工具性等相关支持,并和学校、政府通力合作,共同解决高职毕业生的就业问题。
In recent years, as an employment group of college students that grows rapidly, higher vocational graduates are more and more widely concerned by society. According to the characteristics of these higher vocational graduates, this paper analyzes the influences of the government and family supports on their employment. It proposes that the smooth employment re- quires the government to put the public service functions into full play, and give some relative supports to ＂orders for personal tra- ining＂ and ＂double-certificate system＂. Besides, the family members of the higher vocational graduates should have the correct view in the high vocational education and provide the relative supports in spirit and elemental facilities for the graduates. It is necessary to work together with the college and government to solve the employment problems of the higher vocational graduates.
