门诊他汀类药物代谢性相互作用处方分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的:对某院门诊他汀类药物代谢性相互作用处方进行分析。方法:调出该院2007年7月～12月含他汀类药物的西药处方,统计在合并用药中含有影响他汀类代谢的处方。结果:使用有5种他汀类药物,用量最大的两种为辛伐他汀和阿托伐他汀,合用的CYP3A4底物共有13种,CYP3A4抑制药共有9种。结论:应避免与已有文献报道能抑制他汀类药物代谢的药品合用,或可改用其他无或很少相互作用的同类药物,减少不良反应的发生。
