摘要
科学的战略制定、合理的战略实施以及正确的发展路径选择,是银行国际化决策必须高度重视的3大核心要点。银行国际化存在4种战略选择:稳定型战略、增长型战略、紧缩型战略和混合型战略,这些战略拥有各自不同的主要特征、优势劣势和实施条件。而且,不同的战略实施阶段,其实施内容和对银行的影响也存在重要差异。本文归纳了银行国际化的5种行为路径,并考察了世界上最大的数十家银行近20年间国际化历程,发现所归纳的路径类型的确存在。
Scientific strategy establishment, proper strategy performance and correct paths choice are three gist of decision-making for bank internationalization. This paper sums up the four strategy choices including stability strategy, growth strategy, retrenchment strategy and mixing strategy, which main characteristics, predominance, shortcomings, performing conditions and phrases are analyzed. Meanwhile, this paper also supplies five types of path evolvement of bank internationalization, and explores their path tracks and mail characteristics, which existence are proved by the internationalization courses of the several biggest banks in the world during nearly 20 years.
