摘要
随着城市化加速,高层住宅不断涌现,建筑间距以及日照问题逐渐成为关注的焦点。故从建设项目实施日照分析的必要性入手,探讨了日照分析技术在规划设计和规划管理中的全面应用,针对日照分析在具体应用中存在的一些技术问题,提出了解决其问题的建议和方法。
With the speedup of urbanization and the uninterrupted appearance of high-rise buildings, the problems of sunlight space between buildings are gradually turning into a focus in spacious citizen. This paper firstly analyses significance of the computer sunlight analysis in Architectural engineering, and then detailed probe into all-around application of architectural sunlight analysis technology in urban planning deign ＆ management, and then raises the countermeasures and recommendations for some technical problems of the computer sunlight analysis in concrete application.
