摘要
文章从分析创业文化的内涵着手，重点论述了高职院校培育创业文化的价值取向：突显了“发展”的主题；体现“人本”的理念；指引高层次人力资源的培育途径三个方面。指出了高职院校培育创业文化的价值实现途径。
This paper analyze the status of graduations＇ entrepreneurship and point out the connotation of entrepreneurial culture. This paper focus on the value orientation of entrepreneurial culture fostered in institutes： highlighting the ＂development＂ theme; embody the ＂humanist＂ concept; guidelines high- level human resources development approach. At last, this paper point out the way to realize entrepreneurial culture fostered in higher education.
