摘要
特殊的地理位置和气候条件决定了台州是台风洪涝灾害的多发地区.台风中心气压,移动路径,登陆地点是形成不同程度台州市台风灾害的客观因素,而强风、暴雨、风暴潮灾害是造成台州中心城区台风灾害的重要原因.针对这些特点,应加快防台防洪基础设施建设,进一步完善各类非工程措施,建设加强防台风险管理工作,并不断提高群众抗灾自救能力,使防汛工作进一步规范化、法制化.
Taizhou is the frequently-occuring region of typhoon flood disaster due to its peculiar geographical location and climate circumstances. The center air pressure, the motion route and the landing site of the typhoon are the objective factors of typhoon disaster in Taizhou, while the strong breeze, the rainstorm and the storm tide are the main causes of typoon disaster in down town. The infrastructure construction of flood prevention and the risk treatment of typoon prevention should be consummated to standardize the flood prevention settlement and to improve people＇s self-protection.
