摘要
作者根据Wallace的临床使用情况,应用无水乙醇对10例不能手术切除的肝癌患者进行了共20次肝动脉栓塞,并用钢圈作近端血管闭塞获得一定疗效。对乙醇肝动脉栓塞术后可能出现的并发症,重复栓塞的意义及使用乙醇的注意事项进行了讨论。
Whether ethanol can be used in the hepatic artery embolization is in dispute. In the light of the clinical application of ethanol by wallace as reference a total of 20 emboli-zations with dehydrated ethanel of analytic purity was performed in 10 patients having an unresectable primary hepatocellular carcinoma. At the same time, the proximal occlu-sion of the vessel by metal coil was done. The result of the therapeutic embolization was of value to certain extent. The possible complications, the significance of repeated em-bolizations with ethanol and the cautions given during the procedure were discussed.
