摘要
[目的]观察电针"大椎穴"对颈椎病动物模型SOD,MDA的影响。[方法]将兔固定于特定的兔架上,使其颈椎处于低头屈曲45°位的异常应力环境下造成颈椎病动物模型,采用试剂盒测定肌肉组织中SOD,MDA含量。[结果]造模后实验动物肌肉组织中SOD含量显著下降,MDA含量显著提高;针刺"大椎穴"后,实验动物肌肉组织中SOD含量较模型组显著提高,而MDA含量显著降低。[结论]电针"大椎穴"治疗颈椎病的机制可能与提高组织细胞清除自由基功能有一定关系。
[Objective] To observe the effect to SOD and MDA of cervical spondilosis animal model treating by electric acupuncture on dazhui acupoint. [ Methods]Cervieal spondilosis animal models were modeled by fixed the rabbit on table which made the the head 45 degree nod inferiorly, meanwhile, SOD and MDA were determined in muscles [Results] SOD in muscle tissue descended significantly and MDA ascended obviously after modeling. While, after needleng dazhui Acupoint SOD in muscle tissue ascended significantly and MDA fell obviously. [Conclusion] The mechanism of cervical spondilosis treatment by electric acupuncture on dazhui acupoint is connected with the ability to enhance rhagiocrine cell to eliminate free radicle.
