J114集散式柴油机测控系统的开发研究

摘要 提出了建立集散式柴油机试验系统的思想。设计的双层主从式集散式柴油机测量及控制系统J114包括一台集中级计算机及四台分散级微机单元。使用者通过CRT屏幕,便可了解集散系统的全部信息。包括执行机构位置,柴油机的功率,油耗,爆发压力,排温等参数。还能将系统的全部信息,实时记录在磁盘上,其中包括大量的P—Φ图数据,通过该软件可方便地实现对执行机构的远程手动和自动控制,实现多种控制方法。 Buildup of a distibuted control system (DCS) for diesel engine testing was initiated. One supervisory computer and four distributed microprocessors are contributed to the system. Comprehensive information, which includes engine output, fuel consumption rate, cylinder pressure, exhaust gas temperature and rack position, is presented on screen of master computer. These messages are al so be able to be stored on hard disks automatically or manually. P-φmaps are available from these stored data. Actuators for control of fuel injection time, nozzle area of variable geometry tuborcharg-er and fuel rack position, could be handled remotely or locally with the supervisor or distribute processor respectively. Versatile strategy for engine control can be easily maneuvered with the system.
