摘要
目的:研究阿司匹林微囊的稳定性,并确定有效期。方法:用高效液相色谱法,以阿司匹林含量变化为指标,通过加速试验研究阿司匹林微囊的稳定性并预测有效期。结果:阿司匹林微囊化后,与普通片剂相比,有效期可显著增加。
Objective： Research aspirin microcyst stability, and definite term of validity. Method： With HPLC, changes into the target by the aspirin including the quantitative change, through the acceleration test research aspirin microcyst the stability and forecasts the term of validity. Results： After aspirin microencap- sulation, compares with the ordinary tablet, the term of validity can obviously increase.
