摘要
双边/多边FTA的蓬勃发展,无论对中国-东盟FTA还是东亚区域经济合作都是一把"双刃剑":既可以积累经验,深化中国-东盟FTA的发展,谋求更大范围、更高层次的区域经济合作由可能变为现实;又可能分散各自的注意力,降低参与中国-东盟FTA建设的积极性,使东亚区域经济合作继续处于散沙状态。切实形成机制协调,加快中国-东盟FTA深化与拓展的步伐,成为双边/多边FTA对推进中国-东盟经济合作的必然要求。
The rapid development of bilateral/multilateral FTA is a double-edged sword for both CAFTA and regional economic cooperation of East Asia.On the one hand,China and ASEAN can accumulate experience through participating in FTA,deepen the development of CAFTA,and make it becoming reality that striving for regional economic cooperation on a broader scale and on a higher level;On the other hand,participating in FTA may divert the attention of China and ASEAN respectively,reduce their enthusiasm for taking part in the construction of CAFTA,and make regional economic cooperation of East Asia still in a disorganized state.Forming the coordination of mechanisms,quickening the step of construction of CAFTA,become the inevitable demand of promoting the economic cooperation between China and ASEAN.
