摘要
成用单克隆酶免疫试剂,检测了11例慢性乙型肝炎病人在不同时期血清内Pre-S_1和Pre-S_2蛋白量的动态变化,研究它们与HBV复制指标间的相互关系。根据其检测结果,作者认为Pre-S_1和Pre-S_2蛋白的表达与HBV-DNA、HBeAg等复制指标之间无密切相关关系。
To study the expression of Pre-S_1 andPre-S_2 and gene-encoded proteins of thehepatitic B virus. we investigated serumfrom 11 patients with chronic type B he-patitis in various phases Pre-S_1 and Pre-S_2 proteins were detected by the mono-clonal antibody-based enzyme method, themarkers of active viral replication weredetermined with the presence of HBV-DNA and HBeAg. It was found tha Pre-S_1 was presentin the serum of 3 patients with viral rep-lication as well as of 6 out of 8 caseswith no evidence of viral replication,Pre-S_2 in the serum of 2 out of 3 patientswith active viral replication as well as 4out of 8 cases with no evidence of viralreplication.The similar results also appear-ed in patient's serum in various phases.The data suggest that there is no corre--lation between the presence of the Pre-S_1or Pre-S_2 proteins and active viral replica-tion during the course of chronic type Bhepatitis.
