摘要
20世纪80年代以来,非洲教育一直存在着一系列不和谐的因素,严重阻碍着非洲教育的改革和发展。对此,非洲各国采取了若干教育改革措施,教育发展取得了一定程度的进步。但是,以全球化的视野审视非洲当今的教育,发现非洲尚未实现和谐教育的目标。在21世纪的今天,和谐教育应该成为非洲教育改革和发展的理念。
Since the 1980s,African education has been existing series of disharmony factors,which are the obstacles of the reform and development of African education. In order to deal with these problems,all countries in Africa have taken some educational measures and made great progress in education. But under the background of globalization,African education has not achieved the aim of harmonious education. In the 21st century,it is better to use the concept of harmonious education as the guidance for the reform and development of African education.
