摘要 为了在电力市场中的发售电方能实现节能环保、低风险、高收益的竞价上网,对机组出力变化与市场电价波动之间的协调联动关系进行了研究,以交易日售电总利润最大化为目标,综合考虑实际报价风险系数、环境保护成本、机组运行成本及阀点效应,构建交易日的机组分时段出力优化模型,由此得出机组的经济运行优化方案,从而形成合理的发电报价计划;并结合遗传算法和粒子群优化算法两者的特点,设计了一种混合优化算法对所构建的具有非线性、非凸特性的动态规划模型进行快速准确地求解;最后通过算例应用的仿真分析,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。 The problem of optimal response of a thermal unit to an electricity spot market is discussed in this paper. The objective is to guarantee generating and bidding of generating side in electricity market with minimum emission, low risk and maximal profit. The linkage between the unit output change and the power price fluctuation was studied, and a mathematical model of optimal unit output in the dealing day was established to maximize profit, which synthesized the bidding risk exponent, environmental protection cost, generation cost and unit valve point effect. So the economic operation plan of unit and a reasonable scheme of generating and bidding were achieved by the proposed model. To this model with non-linear and non-convex characteristic, a hybrid algorithm based on genetic algorithm and binary particle swarm optimization algorithm was designed for its solution. The feasibility and validity of the proposed method was demonstrated with the results of the economic operation simulation calculation and analysis using an applied example.
