转化生长因子β_2抗体对体外培养人翼状胬肉成纤维细胞增殖的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究转化生长因子β2(TGF-β2)多克隆抗体对翼状胬肉成纤维细胞增殖的影响。方法将不同浓度的TGF-β2多克隆抗体分别作用于体外培养的翼状胬肉成纤维细胞,采用MTT法检测计算各组成纤维细胞的抑制率。结果TGF-β2多克隆抗体对于体外培养的翼状胬肉成纤维细胞的增殖有明显的抑制作用,且随着抗体浓度的增加,抑制率明显增大。结论TGF-β2多克隆抗体能够有效抑制体外培养的成纤维细胞的增殖,从而抑制翼状胬肉的生长。
