摘要
自2008年4月起,美国43个州和首都华盛顿哥伦比亚地区发生了圣保罗沙门菌暴发,报告实验室确诊病例超过1400例,病例-对照调查结果显示,暴发可能是由受污染的西红柿或辣椒导致,目前仍在进行食品溯源调查。通过本案例可以窥见美国食源性疾病监测、暴发识别和确认、暴发调查和处置的现况。
Since April 2008,there have been a outbreak of infections caused by Salmonella saintpaul in multiple US states,identified cases were more than 1?400.Case-control study suggested that the food vehicle was likely to be raw tomato or fresh jalapeo peppers.The food trace-back was conducting.This case could help to know the situation of detection,investigation,control and surveillance to foodborne disease outbreak in USA.
