摘要
近年来,随着我国市场经济的发展和高校招生规模的不断扩大,大学生"就业难"问题日益突出,已成为当今社会关注的焦点。对大学生进行职业生涯规划教育不仅可以在一定程度上弥补现行教育中的一些不足,使人才素质得以提高,而且可以使毕业生转变就业观念,这在一定程度上也缓解了就业难的问题。

In recent years, though China＇s higher education from many respects reform, but there are still many shortcomings. At the same time as China＇s market economy is developing and university enrollment is growing sharply, ＂ Seeking for a job＂ of a university student have become increasingly prominent, which has become the hot focus of the society.
