摘要
作者新研制出一种含磷酸酯,且能室温化学团化的口腔高分子粘接材料——磷酸双酯(PDE)口腔粘接剂,它具有粘接强度大和用途广的特点。并合成了芳基二氯代磷酸酯、PDE粘接性单体和对甲苯亚磺酸钠促进剂等化合物。其中PDE单体及其化学结构分析数据在所查国内外文献中尚未见报道。
Although a lot of kinds of dental adhe-sives have been applied recently, all ofthem cannot meet clinical requirementoompletely. Tnis paper reports a newdental adhesive containing partial phos-phate diesters developed by us. we synthesized aryl phosphorodichlor-idates (APDC),nine kinds of phosphatediester(PDE) adhesive monomers, sodiump-toluenesulfinate(TSS) and p-toluenesulfi-nic acid(TSA) accelerators, polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA) powder and the othercompounds. The chemical structures ofPDE adhesive monomers were confirmedby IR, ~1HNMR, ^(31)PNMR, refractive indexand elementary analysis etc. The results showed that the tensile bondstrength(TBS) between PDE dental adhe-sive and human tooth was better thanothers reported in China and some othersreported in literature.
