摘要
本文报道25例多灶性原发性消化道恶性肿瘤经X线检查,其主要特征为:双重或三重肿瘤灶,共52个;双重肿瘤灶的长度相差2～4倍或近似,其形态可类同或各异;双重肿瘤灶之间有不同长度的正常段;双重肿瘤灶可为同时或异时发生与显示。作者并讨论了钡餐检查仍是发现多重肿瘤的主要手段。
A study on the multiple primary ma-lignant tumor of digestive tract(MPMTDT)was made in the period fo 1984-1988 in ourhospital. Twenty five cases are reportedin this paper. All of them were examinedby X-ray, endoscopy, and proved to beMPMTDT by surgery and pathological ex-amination. Twenty three cases were dou-ble primary tumors and 2 cases tripleprimary malignant tumors. The characteristic X-ray feature of thesite of predilection and manifestationin primordial period of MPMTDT aredescribed in this paper. These criteria areimportant for the early detection andselection of treatment of the tumors.
