摘要
新西兰高等教育实行中央集权和高校自治并举的管理体制。高校的质量保证采取"双向制"的方式,即大学外部的质量检查和评估以及院校内部自我评价和检查相结合,其高等教育质量的外部保障机制的组织形式与运行方式对我国高等教育评估具有借鉴作用。
New Zealand higher education observes a system of simultaneous administration of central government’s centralization and university’s autonomy. The quality assurance of higher education adopts 'double form', which means the combination of university’s external quality supervision and internal self-assessment in a university. The organization and operation of external quality assurance in New Zealand higher education can provide references for the higher education evaluation in our country.
