水通道蛋白4与脑水肿的研究进展

摘要 水通道蛋白4(AQP4)是在脑高表达的一种水通道蛋白,主要表达于星形胶质细胞和室管膜细胞,尤其在与毛细血管和软脑膜直接接触的星形胶质细胞表达丰富,是控制水进出脑组织的通道。AQP4的功能和表达的失调与大脑功能障碍密切相关,包括脑水肿、脑积水、脑卒中、肿瘤、感染和癫痫等。本文综述了AQP4与脑水肿关系的研究进展。 Aquaporin-4 ( AQP4), a water-channel protein,is highly expressed in the brain, predominantly in astrocyte foot processes at the borders between the brain parenchyma and major fluid compartments, controlling water fluxes into and out of the brain parenchyma. Dysfunction or abnormal regulation of AQP4 is asseciated with some disorders of brain, such as brain edema, hydrocephalus, stroke, tumor, infection, epilepsy, and traumatic brain injury. This paper reviewed the newest progression of AQP4 and brain edema.
