摘要
根据《全国海洋经济发展规划纲要》,辽东半岛将成为全国海洋区域经济开发、东北老工业基地振兴和大连创建东北亚重要国际航运中心的重要依托。为此,必须发挥其综合优势,建设全国性的海洋经济先导区;巩固其产业优势,加快辽宁海洋经济发展步伐;做好区域开发的政策安排,加速其开发进程。
According to The outlines of planning of national marine economy, East Liaoning Peninsular will become the important base of regional economic development, revitalization of the old industrial bases in Northeast China and Northeast Asia＇ s important international shipping center of Dalian. To that end, we must play its comprehensive advantages to build a national marine economic Pilot Area, consolidate its industrial advantages to accelerate the development of Liaoning marine economy, make arrangements for regional development policy to speed up its development process.
