摘要
采用全自动荧光酶免疫分析仪进行初筛,全自动微生物鉴定仪进行阳性菌株的生化性状鉴定,建立了水产品沙门氏菌的快速检测方法。经过48h增菌之后,VIDAS法可在45min之内出具结果,阳性菌株经选择性培养基分离及纯化后根据VITEK检测结果判定是否属于沙门氏菌。联用法的灵敏度为菌悬液浓度≥103cfu/mL,一般染菌样品经48h增菌之后菌悬液浓度均能达到106cfu/mL以上。采用联用法与国标法对参考菌株和124种水产品进行检测,结果完全一致。联用法快捷、有效,适用于水产品沙门氏菌的检测。
We developed a quick assay method to detect Salmonella spp. in aquatic products employing VIDAS--VITEK. After 48 hours enrichment, the positive samples can be isolated by mini--VIDAS in 45 minutes, the biochemical characteristics of suspicious strains can be identified by VITEK 2 COMPACT. When adding certain amount of reference strain to 48 hours enrichment broth of aquatic product, the assay method can detect reference strain only when the target strain's concentration is up to 10^3cfu/ml. The combined assay method is quicker and more effective than GB assay method, and the results are satisfactory.
