摘要
为连接壁厚26.2mm的天然气管道用干线管,采用热压-对焊成形的方法,开发了壁厚32mm、直径1016mm的X70对焊弯头;为保证弯头的力学性能,对其进行了调质处理。对试制的弯头进行试验研究,结果表明弯头的性能满足工程使用要求。其中,冲击试验结果显示,弯头内弧侧焊缝热影响区的冲击韧度低于外弧侧热影响区;硬度试验结果显示,弯头内弧侧焊缝热影响区的维氏硬度高于外弧侧热影响区;水压爆破试验结果表明,弯头的承压能力达到设计验证试验的计算压力,弯头的爆破位置证明了内弧侧是弯头的薄弱部位。
Using the method of hot-pressing and butt-welding, the butt-welded elbow (diameter 1016 mm, thick-wall 32 mm) of X70 steel was developed for the connection with the pipeline of 26.2 mm in wall thickness. The quenching and tempering was adopted to improve the mechanical properties of the elbow. The preproduction elbow was tested and investigated. The results show that the properties of the elbow can meet the requirement of engineering. The result of impact tests shows that the impact toughness of welding heat-affected zone of the elbow in inner arc zone is lower than that in outer arc zone of the elbow; the result of hardness tests shows that the vickers hardness of welding heat-affected zone in inner arc zone is higher than that in outer arc zone. The result of design proof tests shows that the bursting pressure of the elbow surpasses the computed pressure. It is indicated from the rupturing locations of the elbow that the inner arc zone of elbow is a weak link of strength.
