摘要
目的探讨双源CT能量减影法CTA在脑动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法43例39个动脉瘤使用双源CT双能量扫描,分别进行能量减影法CTA重建(A法)和模拟常规CTA重建(B法)。比较两种方法的动脉瘤检出率和动脉瘤颈、瘤体显示评分。结果A法检出率为100%;B法检出率为97.4%,(P>0.05)。动脉瘤颈显示评分:A法与B法均是Ⅲ级37个,Ⅱ级2个;动脉瘤体显示评分:A法与B法均是Ⅲ级35个,Ⅱ级4个。两法在瘤颈、瘤体观察评分上无差异。结论双能量减影CTA,自动去除颅底骨干扰,节省后处理时间,在动脉瘤检出及瘤颈、瘤体显示上达到常规CTA同样效果。
Objective To explore the useful value of energy subtract angiography in diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms using dual source CT (DSCT). Methods Forty-three patients with 39 aneurysms underwent DSCT dual energy scan. Raw data were reconstructed with dual energy subtract method (A) and conventionally simulated method (B), respectively. Detection rate of aneurysm and display score of aneurysm neck and body between two methods were compared, respectively. Results The detection rate in method A and B were 100% and 97.4%, respectively (P〉0.05). The display scores of aneurysm neck were III level 37, II level 2 in both method A and B. The display score of aneurysm body were III level 35, II level 4 in both method A and B. Statistically no differences in display score of aneurysm neck and body were showed between method A and method B. Conclusion Dual energy subtract CT angiography makes post-processing time saved by automatically removing disturbance of basic skull and also reaches the same satisfactory result in the detection rate of aneurysm and display of the neck and body of aneurysm compared with conventionally simulated CTA.
