多巴胺受体PET显像在缺氧缺血性脑病中的研究进展

摘要 多巴胺受体在缺氧缺血性脑病中有重要作用。多巴胺受体PET显像可提供活体脑内多巴胺受体的分布、数目和功能信息,为临床使用影像学监测缺氧缺血性脑病的生化功能提供了可能。 Dopamine receptors play an important role in hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Distribution,density,and activity of Dopamine receptors in the brain can be visualized by radioligands labeled for PET,which make it possible for clinic to monitor biochemical change of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy by imaging.
