摘要
学生干部在高校发挥着重要而独特的作用,由于种种原因,欠发达地区地方高校更需要发挥学生干部的作用。为此,我们应立足于地方高校的实际情况,积极探讨提高学生干部素质的新途径,更好地促进地方高校学生工作的有序开展。
Student Cadre plays an important and special role in colleges. In underdeveloped areas, student cadre is mostly needed to play their roles in the local college for some reasons. Therefore, we should on the base of real condition of local college, actively explore the new ways to enhance the quality of student cadre, and better promote the ordered development of students work in local college.
