摘要
无论企业专利价值评估采取何种方法,都必须考虑影响企业专利价值的法律因素。在这些法律因素中,企业专利的类型、形成途径以及专利文件、专利期限、专利的法律状态等显得尤为重要。
No matter what approach is taken, the legal factors that impact on the value of the companies＇ patents must be consid- ered. In these legal factors, the type of enterprise patent, the enterprises patent documents, the enterprise patent＇s deadline, the enter- prise patent＇s formation way, the patent legal condition appears especially important.
