摘要 分析了核反应堆抗震的科学原理;据中国地震灾难的实际经验,探讨核安全的动力技术,利用地震波P波,通过I&C/FCS-DCS,在破坏性S波到来前,触发动态安全停堆系统,避免地震核引发灾难。介绍了2007年新潟6.8级地震震中9km处柏崎市刈羽郡世界最大的8.2kMWe核电厂无核事故的典型案例。 The scientific principle of protecting NPP against earthquake is analyzed. The dynamic principle of functional safety is discussed by the disaster experiences of earthquake in China. The P component of the seismic wave can be use as triggering signal to shot down the nuclear pile through I&C/FCS-DCS before the catastrophic S wave arrival to avoid the nuclear accident. The nuclear functional safety of the NPP is introduced by means of the Kariwa Kashiwazaki Niigata NPP the world biggest NPP, where is just 9 km nearby the Epicenter of 2007 Ms 6.8 Seism at Okiis Chuetsu Niigata.
