介绍采用SLPC可编程调节器实现环氧丙烷(PO)装置进料及丙烯与氯气摩尔比控制系统的工作原理、特点,具体介绍丙烯与氯气的摩尔比计算、摩尔比变比值控制系统及丙烯浓度报警和运转方式切换.
The operational principle and features of the feeding for epoxy propane(PO)plant and the molefraction control system for acryl an3 chlorine which are implemented by SLPC programmable regulator are presented. The calculations of the molefraction of acryl and chlorine, variable molefraction control system and the alarm for the concenuration of acryl as well as the switching of the operation modes are introduced concretely.
