摘要
在60Co的γ-射线辐照下,瓜尔胶与甲基丙烯酸(MAA)接枝共聚反应,合成的共聚物可在石油工业作增稠剂。本文研究了瓜尔胶与MAA配比、辐照剂量、pH值对接枝率的影响,用傅立叶红外光谱法(FTIR)、X射线衍射法(XRD)表征了接枝产物,并测定了接枝产物的粘度,结果表明接枝产物的粘度比原胶液明显提高,提示其具有更好的增稠性能。
The grafting copolymerization of methacrylic acid (MAA) onto guar gum (GG) was carried out uti- lized γ-radiation source 60^Co. The copolymer could be used as thickener in petroleum industry. The effect of the ratio of guar gum to MAA, radiation dosage and pH on the graft ratio was studied, and the product was analyzed by FTIR and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). And the viscosity of the product was measured, the result indicated that this product possessed higher viscosity than guar gum without grafting and clued to obviously enhance bodiness.
